Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable booking fee of £100 of the total service cost is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance is due one month ahead of the wedding date.

• Deposit payments and final balances are via bank transfer.

 

Travel and Accommodation:

• Travel expenses, including accommodation if required, will be covered by the bride and will be discussed at quotation.

• Travel is charged at 0.65p per mile, based on a return journey, from and to, Sophia's home.

Relocation

• Travel prices quoted are based on getting ready at a single location only. To relocate on-site incurs a £25 relocation fee. To relocate off-site incurs a £25 relocation fee plus additional travel expenses, calculated at 0.65p per miles.

 

Makeup Trial:​

• The trial fee is £100 and is payable on the day of the trial.

• Please allow up to 2 hours for your trial.

• Unless otherwise arranged trials take place at STYL-D Studio in central Bath (BA1 1BH).

• A trial will ideally be held 1-2 months ahead of the wedding, but we appreciate this isn't always possible due to logistics, so please let us know as soon as possible if you have any specific requirements regarding your trial and we will try our best to accommodate.​

 

Timeliness:

• An approximate timing schedule will be provided in advance of the wedding day, please ensure that all members requiring makeup services are available at the scheduled time.

• Delays caused by the bride or bridal party may result in a shortened makeup session, and the full service fee will be retained.

 

Product Allergies and Sensitivities:

• The bride is responsible for informing Sophia of any allergies or sensitivities to makeup products at the time of booking and/or during the trial session.

 

Photography and Promotion:

• Sophia may request permission to take photographs of the completed makeup for promotional purposes. Please ensure you clearly state an objection to this if applicable.

 

Liability:

• The bride is responsible for notifying Sophia of any pre-existing skin conditions. Sophia is not liable for any skin reactions or allergies resulting from the use of makeup products.​​

 

Cancellations/Postponements​:
We acknowledge that situations may arise beyond your control, leading to the need for cancellations or postponements. In such instances, the applicable terms are outlined as follows:

• If cancellation or postponement occurs six months before your wedding day, a fee of 25% of your package cost, excluding the deposit and trial fee (if paid), must be settled.

• If cancellation or postponement occurs three months before your wedding day, a fee of 50% of your package cost, excluding the deposit and trial fee (if paid), must be settled.

• If cancellation or postponement occurs one month before your wedding day, the full package fee of 100% must be settled.

 

Agreement:

• Securing your booking with the non-refundable deposit is agreement to the outlined T&Cs.
